Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and order value. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

8. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery
  • Only defective or damaged items are eligible for return
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and with all original tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact

9. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

10. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the return.

11. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refund Methods:

  • UPI ID (if different from original payment method)

Note: The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing times.

12. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Items without original tags or packaging
Used or worn items
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Items not in the same condition as when shipped

13. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
